Jonathan Lucroy's Wife Sarah Lucroy

THE STORY

• A few days ago, Milwaukee Brewers catcher Jonathan Lucroy suffered what is being termed a "boxers fracture" of his right hand in an off-field accident. Apparently, while Lucroy was fishing under the bed for a lost sock, his wife Sarah Lucroy (maiden name Sarah Stokes) shifted a suitcase which accidentally fell on Jonathan's hand. While the injury initially didn't seem severe, in fact he was pencilled in to play the next day, it has since become more serious. Lucroy has been placed on the DL and will reportedly miss 4-6 weeks as a result of the injury.
  
  Brewers fans, who apparently don't have much else to do with their lives, have taken to the anonymity of the Internet to voice their frustrations with Lucroy's wife. Message boards and forums are one thing, but these fans initially began posting hate messages on her personal Facebook page - definitely too far. Jonathan took to the media, asking fans to chill out.
  

  My wife has been getting hate mail on her Facebook, like, messages and stuff. It's really sad that these kinds of things happen from a freak thing. I mean, she didn't do it on purpose. It was an accident. Stranger things have happened.

  
  Sarah Lucroy is from Lafayette, Louisiana and was born on June 7, 1986. The couple was married on July 7, 2010 and has one daughter together, Ellia Elisabeth Lucroy. Sarah Lucroy attended Lafayette Christian Academy high school. She was a graphic design major at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette before becoming, in her words, a "full-time wife and mommy". Sounds like a good gig to us, but she might want to give some more thought to biting breaking the hand that feeds her in the future.
